Branding & White-Label
There are two levels of branding:

Organization and project logos
Changing an organization logo needs organization:update, and a project logo needs project:update. Among the built-in roles only the Owner holds them.
- Go to Organization Settings → General or Project Settings → General and find Logo.
- Select Upload, or Replace to change it. You can also remove it.
- PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 256 KB. SVG is not accepted.
- The logo is shown beside the name in the organization and project switchers, the overviews and the settings card. Without a logo, a letter tile is shown.
- Only signed-in members of the organization can load the logo.
- Uploads and removals are recorded in Audit Logs.
Logos are stored in the deployment's media storage. If media storage is not configured, uploads are refused with "File storage is not configured on this instance."
Deployment branding (self-hosted Enterprise)
On a self-hosted deployment with an Enterprise license, the operator can set these environment variables. They apply to every organization on the deployment.

Module names: dashboards, tracing, evaluation, prompt-management, playground, datasets, gateway (Budget AI).
The ANTS Platform icon, colors, fonts and product name cannot be removed or changed, so this is co-branding rather than a full white-label. Each person can pick a light or dark theme and a font in Account settings.
Feature visibility per organization
Owners and Security & Compliance members can also hide AI Guardrails, AI Violations and trace content for their organization under Organization Settings → Features. See Organizations & Projects.
