Billing & Plans
Your plan decides which features are available. On ANTS Platform cloud the plan belongs to each organization. On a self-hosted deployment the license key sets one plan for the whole deployment.

Notes:
- Enterprise governance unlocks the Governance modules, Discover AI, and the organization Users and Integrations tabs. On self-hosted deployments the ANTS Platform team turns it on for each organization that has an enterprise agreement.
- Budget AI also has to be enabled for the deployment. See Budget AI.
- Instance administrators of a deployment see every feature, whatever the plan.
- Current plans have no limit on members or on how far back you can query data.
A feature that your plan does not include is hidden or shows an upgrade message. For example, Audit Logs shows "Audit logs are an Enterprise feature."
Manage billing
Open Organization Settings → Billing. Only the Owner role can see it (custom roles through Billing & subscription). Billing is handled through Stripe. A deployment can hide the tab for Enterprise organizations, whose billing is handled by agreement.
The Usage & Billing page shows:
- Credits used: in the current billing period, or in the last 30 days, against your monthly or trial allowance, with the available balance.
- Trial: a trial organization sees its trial credits and Trial ends date.
- Current plan, with Change plan to open the plans dialog. Enterprise shows Contact Sales.
- Billing portal: payment methods and invoices, once a payment method is on file.
- A breakdown of credit usage.
If your organization's plan was set by the ANTS Platform team rather than through a subscription, the page shows Change plan (via support) instead.
Credits
Usage is metered in credits. One trace, one generation or one score uses one credit; spans and events are free. See Credits. Usage is reported to Stripe every hour.
- Pro includes 100,000 credits a month. New organizations start with a trial of 50,000 credits.
- When included credits run out, more usage is billed at $0.01 per credit. The page warns you when credits are nearly used up.
- Enterprise pricing is agreed with the ANTS Platform team.
